- Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any signature packaging materials.
- Items purchased from the online store can be exchanged at our stores.
- Custom monogrammed items cannot be exchanged nor returned except for incorrect or faulty items.
- Once you purchase a customizable item, it can not be monogramed after receiving the actual item.
- We will email you when we receive your return and reimburse the cost of the returned items once we inspect the condition of the goods.
